The Zealots and friends are meeting for a couple hours for Internet surfing and Quake 2.
So far CATA ruled, until the last round, Finalis killed the 8 game streak. Now we are going to teams!
Team games are all done. The Aliens won by far!!! In fact they may have won every level. Team Aliens consisted of Finalis, Lothar, Bob, and Blackstar. This was a lethal combination. They had only one newbey. Team Homer got spanked again and again. Team Homer consisted of Cata, Nero, Pyjamas, and Sniper. Both Pyjamas and Snipers were Newbeys, so Team Homer did have a small disadvantage. Both Cata and Nero had respectable nights, but Finalis was on fire. Blackstar held his ground at 2nd or 3rd for most of the team game. Lothar has made significant improvement and has become a force to recon with.
All it all it was a great night. A few could not make it, but the many that did had a great time. A highlight was when someone discovered that a guy mailed out a list of all his oracles to the Net Monster list serve. Lothar and Blackstar spent a good time chasing those down.
